1) Office Manager

 

 
RESPONSIBILITIES :
 
  • Assigns and monitors responsibilities and tasks among office staff
  • Allocation of resources to enable task performance
  • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Evaluate and manage staff performance
  • Coach and discipline Office Staffs
  • Design and implement filing systems, ensure filing systems are maintained and current
  • Establish procedures and monitors record keeping
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of data
 
REQUIREMENTS :
 
  • Male/Female, Not more than 40 years old
  • Preferably Graduate of any Business Management course
  • With at least two (2) years work experience on the same function
  • Can keep an Organized System to measure Office Performance on Compliance and Efficiency Programs
  • Effective Verbal & Written Communication Skills
  • Strong Character & Effective Leadership Skills
  • Effective Interpersonal & Interdepartmental Skills
  • Must be Highly Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
  • Must be Organized and Keen in details
  • With Strong Organization Skills & can work under minimum supervision
  • With the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities
  • Willing to handle multitasking functions and render overtime

2) Supervisor

 
RESPONSIBILITIES :
 
  • Responsible for the overall Store Operation concerns
  • Conducts Store Audits.
  • Checks Daily Sales Report of the outlets
  • Disseminates tasks and orders to service crews
  • Trains and evaluates service crew
  • Checks the flow of the store from time to time
  • Assist the customer with their demands, suggestions and complaints
  • Communicate with the manager regarding the sales, employees and other important matters.
 
 
REQUIREMENTS :
 
  • Male / Female, not more than 28 years old.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Business 
  • Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce , 
  • Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management,  or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Marketing and Product development, Sales, Purchasing and Inventory Control, Good Communication Skills, Computer literate
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon CIty  and willing to travel.
  • Single w/ no child is an advantage
  • At least 2 years work experience and at least 6 months supervisory experience
  • Can supervise a group of people
  • Can work under minimal suspensions
  • Supervisory position available in Operations, Sales, Purchasing and food outlets.
 
 

 

 

 

 

3) Management Trainee

 

 
REQUIREMENTS :
 
  • Male / Female, not more than 30 years old.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce , Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management,  or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Marketing and Product development, Sales, Purchasing and Inventory Control, Good Communication Skills, Computer literate
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon CIty.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Business Development/Marketing and Sales/ Warehouse and Office Management or equivalent.
  • 3 Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Management Trainee  will be assigned in Sales, Purchasing, Commissary, Store Operations and Customer Service.
 
 

 

 

 

 

4) Franchise Consultant

 
Responsibilities :
 
  • Promotes a positive, proactive and honest relationship with NHI franchisees.
  • Identify and present solutions to operational issues and follows-up to ensure issues are resolved and desired results are achieved.  
  • Evaluates franchise operations and suggests changes as it relates to the franchises’ business processes. 
  • Formulate, affect, interpret and implement NHI policies and operating practices 
  • Process franchise applications and ensure they are fit for the franchise 
  • Analyze the business metrics of their franchisees 
  • Responsible for educating and growing the NHI system 
  • Implements training materials and provide on-going training to NHI franchisees. 
  • Ensures that each franchise unit meets the company standards for food safety, hospitality, quality service and cleanliness. 
  • Assures franchisees are opening new units effectively and meet the NHI Opening Standards 
  • Ensures that each franchise unit is in compliance with their Franchise Agreement. 
 
REQUIREMENTS :
 
  • Male / Female; not more than 30 years old 
  • Preferably Graduate of any Four (4) Years Course 
  • With One (1) year or Two (2) years Franchise Sales experience is preferred. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, business planning and training skills. 
  • Not time bound; willing to travel on provincial bussiness trips
  • Objective problem solving skills and time management skills. 
 

 

 

 

 

5) Purchasing Officer

 

 
RESPONSIBILITIES :
 
  • Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
  • Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
  •  Prepare reports and summarize data including sales report and book value.
  • Schedule store visits and conduct competitor survey.
  • Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.
 
REQUIREMENTS :
 
  • Must be a graduate of any four year Business related courses
  • Preferably not more than 21- 30 years old, Single
  • With at least 1-2 years experience in related field
  •  Must possessed good communication skills and computer literate
  • With strong personality
  • Highly organized and can do multitasking
 

 

 

 

 

6) Crew

 

 
RESPONSIBILITIES :
 
  • Assist and serve the customers satisfactorily
  • Clean the store regularly
  • Check the Supplies and coordinate to the Operations Head
  • Check the Sales of the stores regularly

 

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Must be High School Graduate or College Undergraduate
  • 18-25 years old, Single, Male/Female
  • Preferably with experience as a Service Crew or Forecourt Crew is an advantage
  • Required Skills: Computer Literate, Good Communication Skills
